    Three Lady Cooks Brand Mackerel Chu Chee 2 Cans
    Flour 1 Cup
    Vegetable oil  
    Crunched fried sweet basil leaves 2 Teaspoons
    Grounded tree basil seed 1/4 Teaspoon
    Butter 1 Tablespoon
    Fine chopped red onion 1 Tablespoon
    Three Lady Cooks Brand fish sauce 1 Teaspoon
    Three Lady Cooks Brand soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
    Grounded pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
    Milk 1/2 Cup
    Green leaves salad and assorted vegetable for salad  



    1. Open the can and take only fish and roll in flour, then put in deep fry until fish turns golden crisp. Bring it out and rest it on the side.
    2. Making herb sauce by put a pan on stove with medium heat, melt some butter and stir fry chopped red onion. Then add some flour and stir well. Add some crunched sweet basil leaves and grounded tree basil seed. Season with Three Lady Cooks Brand fish sauce, Three Lady Cooks Brand soy sauce, and grounded chilli pepper. Then add some milk and stir well until sauce gets smooth. Take the sauce out from stove and rest it.
    3. To serve, prepare green leaves, and other vegetable for salad on the edge of plate, and then spill some sauce on the plate before place the crunchy fish stick and garnish with some mint leaves on top.
