Masaman Curry Noodle with Saba

Yummy curry noodle for dinner


    Three Lady Cooks Brand Masaman Saba 1 Can
    Egg noodle 2 Bunches
    Frying oil  
    Chopped pickle turnip 1/2 Teaspoon
    Shredded yellow tofu 2 Tablespoons
    Fried red onion 1/2 Tablespoons
    Three Lady Cooks Brand fish sauce 1 Tablespoons
    Red chilli pepper 4
    Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
    Garlic 2 Chunk pieces
    Vinegar 1/4 Cup
    Broth 1 Cup
    Grounded chilli pepper  



    1. Put a pan on stove and fill with frying oil.
    2. Fry some egg noodle, small amount at a time and use low heat, fry until noodle turns golden brown and rest on the side.
    3. Put a pan on stove, then pour Three Lady Cooks Brand Masaman Saba and add some broth, season with Three Lady Cooks Brand fish sauce. Boil the curry until it gets done.
    4. To serve, put golden fried egg noodle in a bowl, pour masaman curry over and top with pickle turnip, yellow tofu and fried red onion.

    How to prepare vinegar chilli:
    Fine crunch red chilli pepper, garlic and salt all together, then add vinegar.
