    Three Lady Cooks Brand Mackerel in Chilli Sauce 1 Can
    Chopped onion 1/4 Cup
    Shredded carrot 1/4 Cup
    Shredded shitake mushroom 1/4 Cup
    Chopped garlic 2 Tablespoons
    Cut soaked glass noodle 1/2 Cup
    Seaweed sheet 1 Pack
    Chicken egg (use only white egg) 1 Egg
    Bread flakes 1 Cup

    Melting flour

     
    Three Lady Cooks Brand fish sauce 1/2 Tablespoon
    Three Lady Cooks Brand soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
    Three Lady Cooks Brand seasoning sauce 1 Teaspoon
    Sugar 1 Teaspoon
    Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoons

     

Procedure

    1. To prepare the stuff, put a pan on stove and start with stir fry garlic, then onion, shitake mushroom, glass noodle. Season with Three Lady Cooks Brand fish sauce, Three Lady Cooks Brand soy sauce, Three Lady Cooks Brand seasoning sauce, and brown sugar then stir fry until the noodle soak the sauce well. Rest the stuff on the side.
    2. Cut seaweed sheet in the size of 4x5 inches, approximately.
    3. Put the stuff and a piece of mackerel fish on the seaweed sheet, fold seaweed sheet from the left and right to cover the stuff. Then gently, roll until end of the sheet, use melted starch to glue the roll.
    4. Take the seaweed roll to soak with white egg and layer with bread flakes. Deep fry the roll until bread flakes turns golden brown. Ready to serve.
